The Role
As a Business Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across our advisory and bookkeeping services. You will engage with small and medium-sized enterprises, build strong client relationships, and act as the first point of contact for businesses looking to streamline their financial operations. The role involves generating leads, presenting our services to prospective clients, and managing the sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing. You will also collaborate with our advisory team to ensure a seamless handover of new clients and contribute to shaping sales strategies that align with company growth objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within professional services, finance, or related sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Confidence in delivering presentations and explaining financial services in simple, client-friendly terms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Understanding of financial services, bookkeeping, or compliance (advantageous but not essential).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Professional sales training or certification (advantageous).
- Strong IT literacy, with confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and online communication tools.
- Full UK driving licence (desired)
